Walk and Talk – 2 hours in the home, seller takes notes. Tour each area, discuss priorities, showing recommendations, what to pack, keep, update, repair, paint (colors too), furniture arrangement, how to style each room for buyers, curb appeal, any selling challenges and why “merchandising” is important. $150.
Complete Selling Consultation – Same as above PLUS: pre-consult research so we know how their direct competition looks in the area/price point AND a full written report covering each space and top priorities. $250.
Style Their Stuff – 3 hours in the home using what they have. $200 for a stager, $250 stager plus assistant.
Occupied Stagings – We rent everything except rugs, bedding and towels to occupied homes. Some need just a few pieces of art, others entire rooms. Starting at $399 including rental and staging fee. 30 day minimum.
Vacant Stagings – From small budget packages to large or luxury – we style vacant houses that buyers love. Starting at $799.
Project Management – For updates and improvements or if you need help coordinating the painters, landscapers, cleaners, handymen, movers and more. We manage all vendors, timelines, select finishes, etc. based on your needs, budget, time frame and availability. $75/hour or 10 hours $500
Large & Luxury Premium Packages – Includes custom “Selling Made Easier” solutions such as cleaning, packing, moving, organizing, professional photos and video, architectural plants, plant watering, fresh flowers, events at your home and more. Price upon request.
